We perform the full commercially useful function of a supplier on every transaction. That means direct specification sourcing from manufacturers and authorized distributors; product research against compliance requirements including Buy American, ENERGY STAR, EPEAT, Section 508, ADA accessibility, and NYC’s environmentally preferable purchasing criteria; quoting and negotiation; purchase order processing on Shine Bright LLC letterhead under our own EIN; fulfillment coordination; delivery verification; and invoicing. We maintain direct commercial reseller accounts with our distribution partners — Shine Bright is the contracting supplier of record on every order, not a pass-through broker.
Our catalog is technology-led: computers, laptops, Chromebooks, tablets, and mobile devices for classroom and enterprise deployments; peripherals and accessories; networking and communications equipment; audiovisual and classroom technology; commercial software licensing and subscription provisioning; office and institutional furniture; office supplies; and facility-grade appliances and equipment. As a goods supplier, our value-added services are limited to manufacturer warranty administration and software subscription provisioning and renewal — we do not perform installation, onsite labor, or professional services.
